Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Communicate with customers for Commercial Trading company and related other companies.
· Coordinate the whole international transportation for our customer.
· Helps support various companies at local and international logistics
· Responsible for international partner communication for the ideal services.
· Provide administration and accounting support to managers and supervisors

Skills - Experience and Requirements:
· College degree
· Experience in the field preferred
· Phone skills handling customer issues
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Moderate computer skills (e.g. Proficient in Microsoft Office, inventory management system)
· Basic knowledge of accounting
· Responsible, hardworking, honest , self-motivated starter, good work ethic
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and goals, as well as establish and maintain effective work relationships.
· Must have work authorization in United States
· Must have a reliable transportation
· Must be detail-oriented, multi-tasking and organize
· English/Chinese bilingual proficiency in verbal and written are needed.
· Must pass drug test and background check
