POSITION SUMMARY:
Successful candidate must possess strong mechanical skills, have a strong passion for results and be able to demonstrate impeccable attendance. Must be able to perform frequent physical activity in the form of repairing, fitting, and assembling metal parts.
Flexible working hours: candidate must be willing to work off shifts and weekends when required. In addition, this position may include overtime to meet specific needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION STATEMENTS:
•Build, assemble, and fix production machines and equipment, in accordance with sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturers' specifications
•Repair and fit electrical equipment
•Inspect used parts to ensure safe production
•Repair and/or replace defective parts
• erform daily preventive and corrective maintenance
REQUIREMENTS:
•High School diploma or general education degree (GED); Associates or Technical Degree preferred
•At least 2 years of progressive mechanic or technical experience
•Experience in general metal fabrication, welding and machining is a plus
•Make sound mechanical judgments during preventive and corrective equipment maintenance
•Bilingual English/Chinese preferred
