本人自己的house，在皇后区最安全丶最高档的社区之一：森林小丘的Van Court富人区。犯罪率极低，女生深夜12点后单独从地铁站走回家都安全无虞。邻居主要为犹太人丶白人，几乎看不到黑人。走路到E/F车Forest Hills地铁站只需9分钟，如果雨雪天不想走路，马路对面就是Q23路公交车，5分钟直达地铁站。E/F快车只需20分钟三站路即达曼哈顿。环境优美，绿树成荫，Trader Joe丶麦当劳和多米诺匹萨就在旁边。

The house is a 9-minute walk away from express train E/F, which commutes to Manhattan in merely 20 minutes after only 3 stops. You can walk to the E/F express train in
just 8 minutes. Bus Q23 has a stop here so you can take the bus for a free transfer to subway.
Parking is easy and free, because you have your own exclusive parking slot right facing your window.
Full bathroom for your private use exclusively, i.e., nobody else would share the shower room and restroom with you. You are the only one who can use the full
bathroom.
Airbeds can be provided to accommodate more people.
Guest Access
You can use the basement with the dryer and washer, and use the lawn and parking spaces as well.

Getting Around
You can use the kitchen for cooking, since Trader Joe's Supermarket is very close. If you do not feel like cooking, you can walk to the south to MacDonald's, Wendy's
or Domino Pizza in minutes, or to the north around the subway station to Boston Market, Buffalo Wild Wings or Chiptole. There are fastfood chains like Subway, Dunkin'
Donuts and Starbucks nearby. Yes it is a rich neighborhood, but don't forget it is also a convenient busy city location so close to the subway station.
Forest Hills is marked as blue (112th Precinct) on the NYC Crime Map, meaning it has the lowest crime rate in the city.
20 minutes by subway E Line to Manhattan. Close to JFK and LaGuadia airports.
