He or shewill report directly to the operations manager and will coordinate with internaldepartments and external business partners and customers to ensure an efficientdaily workflow. Logistics Specialist Job Responsibilities:

·        Organize and coordinate incoming andoutgoing shipments to promote accurate and timely processing of orders forcustomers;

·        Monitor and booking entire process ofcargo movement;

·        Plan and track shipments both domestic andinternational;

·        Build and maintain relationships withdomestic and international suppliers and customers;

·        Approve time sheets associated withdeliveries and pick-ups;

·        Verifying invoices, sign payment vouchersin accordance with company policy;

·        Office administration related tasks,including ordering stationary, coordinate for repair and maintenance, etc.

Logistics Specialist Job Qualifications:

·        Must be fluent in both English and Chinesemandarin;

·        Must have experience with import and/orexport, especially experienced with sea freight (3+ years’ previousexperience in logistics coordination/management);

·        Cross states travel within US is required;

·        Working knowledge of PC computer systemsand cargo management software preferred;

·        Bachelor’s degree preferred;

·        Well-developed self- motivational;

·        Excellent communication and timemanagement skills.
