We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is ableto handle pressure and multi task!

As a customer service member you will be the main point ofcontact and liaison between the restaurants and the production, development,and marketing teams. You will be responsible for all aspects of you accountsfrom development through marketing and customer support. Ensuring an on-timeplatform launch, assisting them with questions and concerns, and follow-ups tomaintain support.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handle     customer inquiries and complaints
  
• Update     projects and requests as needed
  
• Provide     information about the products and services
  
• Troubleshoot     and resolve product issues and concerns
  
• Document     and update customer records based on interactions
  
• Develop     and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  

Requirements:

-         1 or more years in customer service relatedfields

-         Bachelor’s degree or higher

-         Strong verbal and written communication skills

-         Experience with Microsoft office

-         Ability to learn and adapt quickly to anyenvironment
