★ Patient Service Registered Nurse 註冊護士


The Patient Service Registered Nurse (RN), working as a skilled home health Nurse, is to pursue physician's orders with the intent to achieve a medically desired result.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with medical staff in the care and treatment of patients;
  • Explain procedures and treatments to patient to gain cooperation, understanding, and alleviate apprehension;
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques;
  • Prepare equipment and aids physician during treatment and examination of patient;
  • Maintain awareness of comfort and safety needs of patient;
  • Observe patient, record significant cant conditions and reactions, and notify supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents;
  • Take temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal, assess condition of patient and respond appropriately;
  • Make beds, bathe and feed patients;
  • Respond to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol.

Requirements:

  • New York State Licensed Registered Nurse Certification;
  • Valid form of NYS Identification;
  • Mandated computer literacy;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Bilingual in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).


★ Home Care Coordinator   辅导员/协调员

工作职责:
  • 主要负责客人与护理人员之间的沟通和协调工作。针对客户需求为客户安排相应的护理人员, 确保客户满意度;

★ Home Care Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer is responsible forimplementing, maintaining and managing the company's compliance programensuring that the company is compliant with the laws and regulations of MLTC,DOH, DOL, DCA and OMIG.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, monitor and update the implementation and adherence of the company's compliance program;
  • Implement written compliance policies, procedures and standards of conduct
  • Maintain and distribute relevant compliance educational materials and regulatory compliance updates;
  • Review established systems to ensure compliance with those policies, plans, procedures, laws and regulations which could have a significant impact on operations;
  • Create and manage reports to ensure the company is compliant with all laws and regulations;
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and response plans;
  • Conduct and manage internal monitoring and auditing;
  • Report on a regular basis to the company's management on the progress of the implementation and operation of the compliance program and assist these components in establishing methods to improve efficiency, quality of services, and to reduce the vulnerability to fraud, abuse and offenses.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in applying compliance and audit standards, procedures and techniques
  • Possess strong knowledge of the laws and regulations of MLTC, DOH, DOL, DCA and OMIG;
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Possess a strong professional attitude and can work with and communicate effectively with diverse parties;
  • Bilingual in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).


★HR Specialist 人事專員

Responsibilities:

  • Assis with the hiring, onboarding and training sessions of all caregivers. Ensure onboarding processes are completed within established timeframes and guidelines;
  • Perform pre-employment background checks and verifications for new hires and schedule fingerprint appointment as necessary. Ensure employment screening requirements (references, department of health criminal history record checks, education and certification/license documentation) are met;
  • Ensure personnel files are filed and managed in compliance with employment policies as well as federal, state and regulatory agency requirements;
  • Ensure that all caregiver data are timely migrated into HHAeXchange and well managed;
  • Deal with telephone calls in a supportive and professional manner;
  • Othe duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in home care/health care and HHAeXchange preferred;
  • Knowledge of DOH regulations and minimum 1 year of HR coordinator experience preferred (fresh graduate with interest in HR will also be considered);
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook;
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must);
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team;
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.


★ Accountant 公司财务

  • 会计相关本科学位;
  • 有3年或以上的bookkeeping相关工作经验;有相关护理行业经验尤佳;
  • 熟练使用QuickBooks软件和熟悉成本控制和会计准则;
  • 熟练使用MSWord, Excel, Outlook;
  • 良好的沟通和分析能力;
  • 工作沉稳细心、为人可靠诚信、得当处理机密信息;
  • 流利的普通话和广东话,懂基本英语。

岗位职责/要求:

  • 负责接听公司电话和协助护理/会员的接待,待人热忱得体有耐心,具备良好的沟通能力。
