In 2008, it became a publicly traded company and listed on theNASDAQ. We are currently looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder to join our team in Roslyn, NY. Job Descriptions:
- Handle bookings from overseas agents and coordinate the move to the destination
- Ensure freight and documentation is properly and completely handled
- Understand, address and resolve issues that arise in day-to-day operations
- Recognizing potential problems with delivery schedules and expediting orders as needed
- Develop new vendors and maintain relationships with existing vendors and participate in rate negotiations
Requirements： - 2-5 years of freight forwarding experience &understanding of freight forwarding services and modes of transportation
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Self-starter, goal-oriented, driven, and energetic
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to quickly understand tasks assigned
